Pre-paid and custom service plans

Our service plans can help keep your site updated with a minimal investment of your time. By purchasing one of our prepaid plans you will receive a discount of up to $20 per hour. If you pay annually you will receive a 10% discount.

Please note that pricing and service availability may change without prior notice.

Prepaid Plans:

Two hours per month for $95/hr ($190/mo)
Three hours per month for $85/hr ($255/mo)

• All Services
• Any work over prepaid hours will be billed at $105 per hour. Written client approval is required for any hours that will exceed the prepaid plan.
• Billing done monthly, quarterly or annually
• Plans billed annually will receive a 10% discount.
• Hours cannot be used until purchased. They are pre-paid.

Custom Plans:

Please note custom plans are required for websites needing routine changes exceeding 3 hr/mo. Contact us for pricing.

We can receive changes and updates via email or fax at 480-247-4966. We guarantee all changes will be complete within 3 to 4 business days unless otherwise specified. You need to provide all text in digital format. All changes and updates are made "live" to your site unless you specifically request a proofing version. You are responsible for providing us with FTP access to site unless hosted by DomainVoodoo.com. We can act as your Technical Representative (on the clock) in contacting your host company for this information.

For changes estimated at less than 2 hours, we will give a verbal quote. Any changes estimated at more than 2 hours will be provided with a written estimate and require approval before beginning.

For changes estimated at more than 5 hours beyond pre purchased package, we require payment on half of the estimated price before we begin and only a proofing version will be available until balance is paid in full. We can provide written estimate for any work upon request.
